You must be at least 13 years of age to use RoVer. If you are 13+, but still are getting this error, continue reading:

§Roblox Account Age

Navigate to your Roblox settings. Under "Personal", your account age should match your real birthday. If it does not, check if your account is 13+ or <13. This can be viewed in the top right corner of the screen next to your name and avatar.

If your birthday is set incorrectly, here's what you need to know:

• Roblox does not allow accounts in <13 mode to sign in to other applications, even if you yourself are 13+.
• Roblox does not allow <13 accounts to change their birthday setting.
• Roblox has a help article from Roblox covering this topic. Unfortunately, they are unwilling to change the birthday unless they are legally forced to do so.
• If you live in the European Union, you can issue a right to rectification request to Roblox as part of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). If your country or region provides you with other similar rights, you can potentially do your own research and submit the equivalent request. Submit this request to the Roblox Support Form .
• Otherwise, you can make a new Roblox account with the correct birthday. We know that this is a major inconvenience, but please direct your blame at Roblox instead of us.

§Country-Specific Age Restrictions

If your birthday is set correctly or your account is 13+, this error may appear due to restrictions in your country. Check the list below for the country you live in. You will need to be that age to use RoVer.

13+: Any country not listed below

14+: Austria, Bolivia, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Ecuador, Israel, Italy, Lithuania, Macedonia, South Korea, Spain, Ukraine

15+: Australia, Costa Rica, Czech Republic, France, Greece, Norway, Peru, Saint Vincent and the Grenadines

16+: Bahamas, Belize, Canada, Croatia, Dominican Republic, Germany, Gibraltar, Grenada, Guatemala, Guyana, Haiti, Hungary, Ireland, Jamaica, Jordan, Luxembourg, Nepal, Netherlands, New Zealand, Poland, Romania, Saint Lucia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Suriname, Trinidad and Tobago, Turkey,

17+: Kuwait
